1. Introduction Welcome to Boiler Doctor Falkirk. Our maintenance packages are designed to ensure the efficient and trouble-free operation of your central heating system. By signing up for our service, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
2. Maintenance Packages We offer three maintenance packages tailored to suit your needs:
- Gold Package: Comprehensive cover for your central heating system (excluding the boiler, which remains under the manufacturer’s guarantee). Includes annual servicing, priority breakdown callouts, and free parts and labour for repairs.
- Silver Package: Covers labour and servicing but excludes the cost of replacement parts. Priority breakdown callouts are included.
- Bronze Package: Basic annual servicing with priority callouts. Repairs and additional callouts are chargeable.
3. Coverage Details
Gold Package Includes:
- Annual boiler service and system health check
- Free replacement parts (excluding the boiler)
- Free labour for all repairs and servicing
- Pipework and radiator cover
- Priority callouts
- One Year Cover - £210.00 inclusive of VAT Or £19.99 per month if paying by Direct Debit
Silver Package Includes:
- Annual boiler service and system health check
- Free labour for servicing and repairs
- Priority callouts (parts chargeable)
- One Year Cover - £160.00 inclusive of VAT Or £15.00 per month if paying by Direct Debit
Bronze Package Includes:
- Annual boiler service and system health check
- Priority callouts (repairs and parts chargeable).
- One Year Cover - £140.00 inclusive of VAT Or £12.99 per month if paying by Direct Debit
Landlords Package Includes:
- Annual boiler service and system health check
- Gas Safety Inspection and Certificate.
- Free replacement parts (excluding the boiler)
- Free labour for all repairs and servicing
- Pipework and radiator cover
- Priority callouts
- One Year Cover - £250.00 inclusive of VAT Or £22.99 per month if paying by Direct Debit
4. Exclusions The following are not covered under any package:
- Damage due to negligence, vandalism, or third-party work
- System failures caused by sludge, corrosion, or blockages
- Unvented cylinders and decorative radiators
- Resetting of thermostats/programmers for seasonal changes
- Repairs required due to legislative changes
- Damage from fire, flood, storm, or other acts of God
5. Cancellation Policy Boiler Doctor Falkirk reserves the right to cancel a contract under the following circumstances:
- Non-payment of agreed charges
- If essential repairs are not undertaken following our advice
- If required parts are unavailable
Customers may cancel their contract at any time; however, if the contract is cancelled within the first year and a service or repair has been carried out, a minimum charge of £125 will apply. Cancellation within 7 days of commencement with no services rendered is free of charge.
6. Hours of Breakdown Cover Our breakdown cover is available Monday to Sunday, 08:30 to 16:30. Calls outside these hours may incur additional charges.
7. Payment Terms Customers can choose to pay:
- Annually upfront via cash, bank transfer, or card
- Monthly via Direct Debit
